  • Birth (Hospital)

  • Newborn Follow-up (1–3 days)

  • 2 weeks

  • 1 Month, 2 Months, 4 Months, 6 Months, 9 Months

  • 12 Months, 15 Months, 18 Months

  • 2 Years, 2½ Years

  • Annual Checkups: 3 Years - 18 Years

  • 20 Years, 21 Years

Immunizations & Labs

During these visits, we may perform labs (e.g., lead levels, anemia checks) or screenings (e.g., vision, hearing) as needed. Your child may also receive vaccines.

  • DTaP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)

  • IPV (Polio)

  • Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type b)

  • Hepatitis B & Hepatitis A

To prepare for your visit, you can write down any questions or concerns beforehand, bring a list of current medications or supplements and let us know if your child has seen any specialists or received care elsewhere.
